🚚 Shipping & Tracking Updates

We work fast — but during high-energy seasons (like holidays or major drops), carriers may take a little extra time to scan and update your package. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days, reach out to us directly at support@papaheroenergy.com and we’ll chase it down for you.

If your package has tracking but appears stuck at a facility, the carrier will have the most up-to-date info. But don’t hesitate to ping us if you need backup.

We stand behind our drinks, our power, and our magic. If you’re not 100% satisfied, email us at support@papaheroenergy.com within 60 days of delivery to start a return.

We’re here to make it right. We may ask you what went wrong so we can learn, grow, and make sure your next experience hits different.

Please note:

  • Only purchases made through papaheroenergy.com are eligible for returns.

  • Samples and promotional giveaways are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds will begin processing once the return is in transit back to our warehouse.

📦 Shipping Options

Choose your vibe — here’s what we offer at checkout:

  • Standard (4–7 Business Days): $5

  • Expedited (2 Business Days): $15

Once your order is locked in, we can’t change the shipping method — so double-check before you hit confirm.

🕒 Processing Times

We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12PM PST: Usually ship out same day.

  • Orders after 12PM PST: Ship the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12PM Friday or on weekends: Ship out Monday.

We don’t pick or pack orders on weekends (heroes rest too).

✈️ Military Addresses (APO/AE/AA)

All military shipments go out via USPS and may take up to 21 business days to arrive due to extra handling. We salute you and appreciate your patience.

We currently ship to:

  • United States

Heads up — it’s your responsibility to check your country’s import rules. Once your package leaves our hands, we’re no longer able to guarantee delivery. Customs delays are rare, but possible.

Important:

  • If customs returns your order, we’ll issue a refund only once it arrives back to us.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We are not liable for international orders that are lost, stolen, or seized by customs or local postal services.

🎁 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

The holiday magic is real — and so are the delays. Carriers may take up to 10 extra business days during November & December.

To guarantee arrival by:

🎄 Christmas

  • Ground: Order by Dec 13 @ 12PM PST

  • Expedited: Order by Dec 18 @ 12PM PST

🎆 New Year’s Eve

  • Ground: Order by Dec 20 @ 12PM PST

  • Expedited: Order by Dec 23 @ 12PM PST
